Who is Eligible to Participate?

Among the challenges of our participants they commonly:

  • Are frail and/or impaired
  • Have varying degrees of Alzheimer’s Disease or forms of Dementia
  • Are stroke patients
  • Have Parkinson’s Disease
  • Cannot be left unsupervised due to mental or physical challenges
  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Require supervision with daily medications
  • Benefit from a safe and secure environment in a warm and encouraging setting

Rates

Weekly Rate:

$48 per day for full-time participants (Monday – Friday)
3-4 Days Per Week Rate:
$50 per day
2 Days Per Week Rate:
$52 per day

Minimum 2 days per week required attendance

The Adult Care Center is a medicaid provider and is a facility approved by the Veteran's Administraton.
